Apply for a credit account.

This Credit Application may also require to be read in conjunction with Jopet's Machine Hire Agreement & Hire Agreement Schedule, provided to you prior to the provision of goods and/or services.

In consideration of the Application for a Commercial Credit Account being approved, I/We hereby declare and agree as follows:

1. The information given is true and correct in all respects.
2. The Customer and all Guarantors who have provided personal information to Jopet Plant Hire & Diesel Services Pty Ltd (ACN 613 661 555) for the purpose of this Credit Application consent to:
   1. the provision of information to a Credit Reporting Agency as required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth);
   2. Jopet providing or receiving from other credit providers personal information for the purposes of assessing this application and providing credit references in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and any subsequent amendments;
   3. declaring that they have not been bankrupt and are not currently undergoing insolvency proceedings.
3. Jopet retains the right and may apply a late payment fee and charge interest if payment is not received by the due date.
4. Jopet is indemnified from and against all costs and disbursements incurred in pursuing a debt, including but not limited to legal costs and collection agency costs.
5. You agree to be legally bound by the Personal Property Securities Act in the event that goods and/or services are provided by Jopet.
6. Title of goods/parts remains the property of Jopet until payment for goods is made in full.

Personal Property Securities Act

If Jopet determines that this credit application or the Trading Terms (or a transaction in connection with them) is or creates a security interest for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA), the Applicant agrees upon request to do anything (such as obtaining consents, completing, signing and/or producing documents and supplying information) which Jopet considers necessary to: (a) ensure the security interest is enforceable, perfected and otherwise effective; (b) enable Jopet to apply for any registration or give any notification in connection with the security interest so that it has the priority required by Jopet; and (c) enable Jopet to exercise rights in connection with the security interest.

Payment terms

Payment terms are strictly 30 days EOM (unless the Customer credit limit is reached prior). Please note that credit limits may impact the payment terms noted above.
